Body Toning is a medium intensity workout, it is designed to get maximum results in an hour of training.
Light cardio exercises, static exercises to strengthen the tone of the whole body, body balance and stretching for relaxation.

With this training we get a toned-strong body, posture and strength. The workouts are designed as a combination of exercises with their own weights and props.
