CrossBox is based on the principle of CrossFit training, this discipline has long been accepted by us as a fast-growing trend, gaining the epitome of training that is among the top 3 favorite in the world. This same training is a consequence of the fact that a significant number of sports facilities intended for this discipline have been opened in the territory of Serbia.
CrossFit is an extremely intense workout that includes several different workouts. Functional movements that are actually performed with great intensity in order to get the body used to different exercises that follow each other with short breaks between them.
Our trainers will adjust the intensity according to your ability. The CrossBox is customizable for each individual, whether you are a beginner, recreational or professional athlete: Low, Medium ili Strong.

Actually, CrossBox will make you stronger, fit in a short period of time, toned and muscular, through different types of training. These workouts are a combination of cardio exercises, strength training, training with loads, endurance training and gymnastic exercises.
